We're entering the busiest time of year for photography. Fall is by far the most preferred time of year for portraits, whether they are family, back-to-school, high school Seniors, or whatever. Why is it so common? From the client's perspective, the air is finally cooling down, the busy summer has ended with the start of school, and many are starting to think about Christmas (eek!) and having the best cards/family letters/gifts for grandparents, etc. From the photographer's point of view? The light at this time of year cannot be beat! It has a beautiful, soft, golden feel that always amounts to the most gorgeous images. And no, the cooler temperature don't hurt. :-)
