My sister's new family is HUGE! :-) Her recent remarriage has led to quite a mixed bag of family, but they have a ton of fun together. And they are a blast in front of the camera.

I had the privilege this week of taking photos a pretty little Miss E. Up until she came to my house with her mommy, I had never seen Miss E outside of her car seat, and she looked tiny! But when her mom pulled her out, I knew I was in trouble...this girl is LONG! So, all visions of curled up newborns fled, and I had to try to make it look like I knew what I was doing. But we had fun, and I think got a few good shots for her mom and dad to share with their family.

My sister's getting married! I was so excited when she asked me to do some engagement photos of her and Scott. It helped that I finally got to meet him. :-) And it was kinda fun to do this in the snow...and even more fun to see Jen traipse through knee high drifts in her heels. :-) Take a look...we had a blast!

This is Alexis, my brother-in-law Scott's daughter. She came with Jen and Scott when we did their engagements, so we decided to catch a few of her as well. The maniac grins can be attributed to the freezing late January temperatures and the ever-present Idaho wind!

Christmas Portraits

We decided this year called for some new portraits of the kids to be used for Christmas gifts...Well, I decided, and they fought it every step of the way! But we managed to get a small handful of nice pictures of them (and some that just make me laugh), despite their reluctance to cooperate! I think having a photographer for a mom has ruined them for life! :-)
